Position: Customer Service Representative
(12/21/05)
Part-time/Full time position
We're looking for
those special individuals who have a passion for helping others.
In this very important role you will respond to customer requests
via phone and e-mail. Duties include resolving customer issues
using your best problem solving skills, establishing a good rapport
with our customers, and escalation
of difficult issues to tier two support.
What you need to be successful. Strong written and verbal communication
skills. Good personal computer skills (Windows and Macintosh).
And most important a passion for helping customers.
Prior customer service experience, Internet Hosting and Access
experience a plus.
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Compensation: Determined based on previous experience.
Primary
Responsibilities:
- Field and address tier one support, billing, and sales calls
relating to Internet Hosting and Access services.
- Field and address tier one support, billing, and sales email
requests relating to Internet Hosting and Access services.
- Data Center related maintenance (remote hands, basic server
maintenance).
Skill Sets:
- Web Hosting Technologies (familiarity
with web hosting keywords and concepts)
- Strong verbal and written
skills (email and telephone)
- Adaptive Comprehension (easily adjust to new terms, technologies
and concepts)
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Basic
web/domain environments
- Basic PC based hardware knowledge

We are currently interviewing for part-time Customer Service positions

accepting

for day
shift hours (9-7, M-F) and (12-7, S-S). Applicants
will be paid as a W2 employee and must be a U.S. citizen and
have the ability to work legally within the U.S.
